One local crew. Fences, gardens and paving across Mandurah and Peel.
Most yards need more than one trade. We are the crew that does all three, in the right order, without you having to coordinate anybody.
The crew

Placeholder
This is the single most valuable photograph on the whole site, and the only one worth paying a professional for. It needs to be the actual crew, on an actual job, in work clothes — not a stock team and not an empty ute.
Names and roles go beside it, owner first, with team size stated plainly if it is a point of strength. Half this market never names a single person; publishing real faces and real names puts Blackjack ahead of most of it on its own.

Why fencing and landscaping
It is a fair question, and the honest answer is that most yards do not divide neatly by trade. A new fence often needs the retaining wall under it sorted first. A new lawn needs the reticulation in before the turf goes down and the paving finished before machinery stops coming through. A patio needs the ground levelled and drained before anything is built on it.
When those are three different contractors, the order of works becomes your problem. You are the one chasing the fencer to find out when he is finished so the landscaper can start, and you are the one standing between two trades when something has been dug up twice. Around Mandurah nearly every operator does one of the three, which means a whole yard is nearly always three quotes, three schedules and three conversations.
Doing all three with one crew is not a claim to be a specialist in everything. It is a claim about sequence: the work gets done in the right order, by people who know what is coming next, and there is one person to ring when you want to know where things are.
Licences, insurance and credentials
Not one competitor in this market publishes a licence number. Several claim to be “licensed and insured” with nothing behind it. Publishing the actual numbers is the cheapest competitive advantage available here — and it is the block this page exists for.

How we work
- We answer every enquiry within response time to confirm.
- A measure on site and a written, itemised quote — every part priced separately.
- One crew and one point of contact, from the first call to the last day on site.
- We take the old fence and the mess away with us. You do not book a skip.
- We turn up when we say we will, and we ring you if anything changes.
Five checkable commitments rather than five adjectives. “We turn up when we say we will” is worth more than “professional and reliable”, and unlike an adjective you can hold us to it — which is exactly why only the ones the crew can actually keep should be published.
Local
Where the business is based, where the crew lives, and any genuine local involvement — sponsorships, clubs, community work — goes here.
It only goes here if it is real. An invented or empty version of this block is worse than not having one, and unfakeable local involvement is one of the few things that genuinely separates a local operator from the interstate template networks that rank in this market.
